PE Paint
Polyester (PE) paint is widely used in the production of Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron (PPGI) anh Pre-Painted Galvalume (PPGL) due to its excellent durability and cost-effectiveness. PE paint features a painting thickness of a minimum 5 µm primer and 12 µm finish layer, offering good bending resistance at 5T and a pencil hardness of 2H. It provides strong adhesion at 100%/6mm and a gloss level ranging from 20% to 80%. Additionally, it exhibits solvent resistance exceeding 100DR and comes with a 6-year warranty, making it a reliable choice for PPGI applications requiring moderate weather resistance and aesthetic appeal.
SP Paint
Super Polyester (SP) paint is a highly effective coating for color coated steel production industry, known for its durability and reliability. PVDF Paint
PVDF paint stands out as a premium coating option for the PPGI, PPGL, and PPGLMAg, delivering unmatched longevity and performance.
