1. Product Description
Pre-painted Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium (PPZM) is a premium color coated steel product with a base layer of GLMAG alloy coating. The GLMAG coating consists of zinc (Zn), aluminum (Al), and magnesium (Mg) in an optimal ratio, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and extending product lifespan compared to traditional coated steel such as GI or GL. After coating, the steel is further treated with high quality paint to improve aesthetics and durability.

4. PPZM Production Process
1️⃣ Surface Treatment: The ZM steel coil is degreased and cleaned.
2️⃣ Primer painting: A primer layer is applied to enhance adhesion.
3️⃣ Top paint: The main color painting is applied.
4️⃣ Baking & Cooling: The oven ensures firm adhesion and full drying.
5️⃣ Quality Inspection: Thickness measurement, adhesion, and corrosion resistance testing.
6️⃣ Coiling & Packaging: The final product is rolled, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
